When the Governor's Task Force on Affordable Housing looked for a firm to prepare an affordable housing handbook, they called on PDI. When the Maine State Housing Authority looked for a firm to analyze all 39 housing market areas in Maine, they turned to PDI. When the University of Maine's Maine Policy Review looked for an overview article on housing policy in Maine, they turned to PDI.
Besides housing, we have worked with many downtown associations to assess the prospects for retail and service industry growth. We worked with the City of Portland to assess the market for ferry services, and we have worked with many banks and retailers to assess the potential market demand for their products and services.
