What will be its overall fiscal impact on the town? Should we impose an impact fee? How can we justify it? How should we calculate and apply it?
PDI has answered these questions for municipalities across Maine, New Hampshire and Vermont. We have analyzed the impact of projects ranging from small housing subdivisions to multi-million dollar mixed use developments. We have developed impact fees and helped to implement them.
