Communicate
How can the Maine Department of Labor better coordinate its far-flung responsibilities?
How can the State Planning Office encourage towns to look more carefully at their goals for the future?
How can Maine hospitals better understand their role in the broader economy?
These are the sorts of questions PDI has helped private, public and non-profit clients understand, answer and communicate to their stakeholders. We help articulate your message and convey it clearly to your stakeholders.
Because of our experience and skills in research and planning, PDI has been an important contributor to many policy-making bodies. We have worked with legislative committees at both the local and state level and have frequently been called on by members of our Congressional delegation to advise on federal policy questions. We have worked with local and state agencies to develop policy and have frequently helped trade associations and non-profit organizations develop or respond to policy initiatives.
